Anonymous Reporting Form

This form is for anyone who has experienced or witnessed behavior by an Echoing Green Fellow, staff member, consultant, vendor, board member, or other participant that may feel inappropriate, unsafe, or not aligned with our shared expectations.

Echoing Green is committed to fostering a respectful and safe environment for everyone who engages with our community. This form is one way to share concerns so they can be reviewed and addressed with care.

You are welcome to submit this form anonymously. Please share only what feels comfortable to you. Anonymous reports may limit our ability to follow up or fully investigate, but they will still be reviewed.

Submissions are reviewed by members of the People & Operations team and, when appropriate, organizational leadership. We will make reasonable efforts to protect your privacy. In some cases, information may need to be shared with others involved in reviewing or addressing the concern.

Retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith is not permitted.

If there is an immediate safety concern, please contact a member of the People & Operations team at people@echoinggreen.org or organizational leadership directly rather than using this form.
