Note that all information in the directory MUST REFLECT WORK AS PERFORMED DURING THE ECHOING GREEN FELLOWSHIP. Any exceptions to this rule are noted on the next page.

Once you submit the form, we will review the requested changes, and contact you if there are any questions or issues. Updates are usually made within two weeks of the stated deadline. Use the comment field at the end of this form for any special requests.

Echoing Green uses this simple formula to communicate the essence of your vision to a broad audience. Most Fellows after 2004 have an approved Bold Idea that in most cases should not be changed .
